Andre Wisdom makes a surprise start at right-back as Liverpool face a tricky test against Sunderland at Anfield.

Brendan Rodgers has selected the youngster to come in at right-back, meaning Glen Johnson is moved to left-back in a reshuffled Reds back four. Stewart Downing also starts in a front three with Raheem Sterling and Luis Suarez, while Steven Gerrard, Lucas, and Jordan Henderson comprise Liverpool's midfield.

Sunderland line up largely as expected, with Martin O'Neill characteristically picking a settled team - Craig Gardner continues at right-back, and Sebastian Larsson plays in central midfield.
