Manchester United vs. Chelsea, 2013 FA Cup: Hazard pulls Chelsea back into the match

Update - Match Report: Manchester United 2-2 Chelsea, final score.

Eden Hazard has Chelsea back in the match after a lovely curling shot has move the Blues to within a goal at 2-1.

Five minutes into the second half and Chelsea simply couldn't get out of their own defensive zone. Every pass seemed to be intercepted or mis-hit and when the ball did cross midfield, it was from a long bombing ball just meant to clear the pressure.

Rafa Benitez wasted no more time making a double substitution replacing Frank Lampard with Jon Obi Mikel and Victor Moses with Eden Hazard. Not sure why replacing Lampard with a more defensive minded midfielder like Obi Mikel is the best move in this situation but since I have no desire to try and understand what Rafa Benitez is thinking, I'm just gonna go with it. Hazard on the other hand is pretty good so I'll support that move.

The change helped.

In the 59th minute Eden Hazard picked up the ball on the edge of the United area and for whatever reason, was not closed down. Hazard took aim and sent his shot into the top corner of the goal, beating David De Gea.

The goal forced Sir Alex Ferugson's hand as he wasted little time in replacing Javier Hernandez with Robin Van Persie.

30 minutes left to play and suddenly we have a game.
