Making his first start since Week 4, Philadelphia Eagles starting quarterback Michael Vick is having himself a very productive afternoon in his return to the lineup.
With his Eagles currently in possession of a 26-17 lead over the visiting Indianapolis Colts, Vick has thrown and rushed for scores to this point in the game. Thus far, Vick has thrown for 197 yards and a first-quarter touchdown (to star receiver DeSean Jackson), and has added 65 rushing yards and a fourth-quarter scoring plunge to his growing stat line as well.
Were it not for a 62-yard rush in the first quarter from LeSean McCoy padding his 79-yard stat line, Vick would likely be leading the Eagles in rushing at the moment, too.
Philadelphia currently has a two-score lead, but with Peyton Manning on the other side of the field, Vick will likely have opportunities to score more fantasy points this afternoon in what is likely to be a tight ball game that goes right down to the wire.

Micheal Vick
Vick was the best on the field yesterday, outdueling the great Peyton Manning. Vick displayed excellent patience in the pocket and when pressure off the edge by Dwight Freeney kept his eyes down field resulting in big plays for the Eagles on offense in the passing game.
Vick is playing lights-out football and clearly gives the Philadelphia Eagles the best chance to win. The Philaelphia Eagles are exploisive on all thre levels (short, intermediate and deep) with Vick under center. Vick’s mobility, clear understanding of the Eagles West Coast offense and ability to make stick throws into tight windows on third down with the game on line is critical to the success of the Eagles moving forward.
If Micheal Vick remains upright (healthy) the Philadelphia Eagles will be very dangerous the remainder of the season.
The Vick stat line against the Colts, 17/29 att. 218 yds.1td. On the ground, 10 att. 74 yds. and 1 td. I expect similar numbers or better as the season advances. Andy Reid does a terrific job at schemeing on offense with personnel and formations to put his playmakers in position to make plays.
