If you're in the playoffs but your running back situation isn't in top health, there are some guys who could help. Many owners gave up on running back Ryan Torain of the Redskins. He was a mid-season pickup that helped a lot of owners until his hamstring put him out. He finally returned to action last week and put up monster yards against the Bucs defense.
The Arizona backfield has been in flux all year long, with Beanie Wells and Tim Hightower sharing the load and neither being particularly productive. Last week, Hightower got the touches and produced big time. He also had a pretty good game two weeks before, so he looks like he's the guy for the rest of the year.
In Indianapolis, Javarris James had a good day and could be moving to the front of the Colts injured backfield mess. Now, the Colts aren't going to suddenly turn into a running team with Peyton Manning at the helm, but James could be used for emergency purposes.
