After a frustrating outing against the Atlanta Falcons during which he was the Green Bay Packers entire offense, QB Aaron Rodgers is getting a little help from his running backs. RB James Starks has rushed for 26 yards in his first NFL game, RB Brandon Jackson has 62 total yards, and FB John Kuhn powered through for a goal line touchdown run.
Rodgers’ favorite target, WR Greg Jennings, is well on his way to his seventh straight big game, with 67 yards and a touchdown catch. He has a touchdown in all but four games this season, and has gone over 100 yards three times in the past month. His touchdown today came on a 57-yarder, his second-longest catch of the year.
Rodgers is 12 of 17 for 156 yards near halftime, putting him in range of his third-straight 300-yard game. He’s also contributed an eight-yard scramble.
