Andy Dalton connected with A.J. Green for a touchdown in the first quarter against Indianapolis. Dalton has 179 yards passing is 17 for 21 through the first half.
Dalton has been a pleasant surprise for fantasy owners who drafted him, or more likely added him off the waiver wire, as a backup, averaging 209.4 yards per game entering Week 6 play. His chemistry has been outstanding with fellow rookie wideout A.J. Green and tight end Jermaine Gresham, as the two have combined to catch every one of Dalton's six touchdown passes.
Dalton had a favorable matchup against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, and he was ranked the 13th-best QB play by Yahoo! Sports. The Colts' D had given up the third-most total points in the NFL entering Week 6.
