Maurice Jones-Drew got stuck with 96 yards rushing on Sunday and failed to get in the end zone. Not great stats for fantasy football owners. In general, the Jaguars failed to do much of anything offensively in a 17-13 loss to the Steelers.
For the year, Jones-Drew's production is down, especially in the red zone. Through five games, the Jaguars' back has recorded just two touchdowns while carrying the ball 96 times for 476 yards. The yardage is there, but the scoring hadn't come heading into Sunday's matchup with the Steelers.
Jones-Drew was the 11th-best running back play heading into the week, according to Yahoo!'s fantasy ranking. He hasn't quite been elite, and his touchdowns are down, but Jones-Drew remains a solid fantasy start.
