Rex Grossman threw two first half interceptions against the Philadelphia Eagles today. Through the first drive of the third quarter, Grossman was seven for 16 with 109 yards, which included a 45-yard pass to Jabar Gaffney on the opening possession of the second half.
Grossman was averaging 247 passing yards a game with 989 passing yards on the season and six touchdowns with five interceptions through the first five games of the 2011 NFL season, having the worst game of his season in Week 4 prior to the bye.
Grossman was ranked by Yahoo! as the nineteenth quarterback heading into Week 6 with the taking on the Philadelphia Eagles who rank 7th against the pass.
