Reggie Wayne led the Indianapolis Colts in receiving today, but it was mostly just a technicality. Wayne had five catches for 58 yards and no touchdowns with Curtis Painter leading the offense. Wayne has been the subject of trade rumors this week, as the Colts are still without a win and Peyton Manning.
Wayne was averaging 66 receiving yards a game with 332 receiving yards on the season and one touchdown through his first five games of the 2011 NFL season. Wayne's yards per game is down nearly 20 yards per game from last season.
Wayne was ranked by Yahoo! as the 27th ranked wide receiver heading into Week 6 taking on the Cincinnati Bengals who rank 3rd against the pass.
