Delone Carter led the Indianapolis Cots in rushing today, working in relief of the injured Joseph Addai. Carter finished the game with just 45 yards on 14 carries. Donald Brown had five carries for 35 yards and a touchdown.
Carter had not been much of a fantasy option entering Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, but Joseph Addai's injury provided extra opportunities for him. With the Colts in poor condition, the rushing game has suffered the effects. Carter entered the game with 125 yards and one touchdown on 41 carries. He did have a career high 12 carries against the Chiefs, but he managed just 22 yards.
Carter barely made Yahoo!'s top 30 running backs this week, coming in at No. 27. However, his partner, Donald Brown, barely made the list at No. 39.
