Jake Ballard continued to be a boon to fantasy owners in Week 6. Though he didn't grab any touchdowns (how could he with Ahmad Bradshaw rushing the end zone for three scores?), Ballard caught five passes for 81 yards. That was second best on the team. Eli Manning has surely found a reliable receiver behind Hakeem Nicks.
Ballard had been a pleasant surprise entering Sunday's game against the Bills. He had 19 receptions for 192 yards and two touchdowns on the season, including 72 yards in a losing effort against the Seahawks. Ballard's gain has been Travis Beckum's loss. Beckum was injured to start the season, allowing Ballard to gain much needed playing time.
Yahoo! Sports didn't feel great about Ballard for Week 6, ranking him just the No. 21 tight end.
