Hopefully, Arian Foster's start did not sour you on starting him this week. The Houston Texans running back became the first running back in two years to register more than a 100 yards both rushing and receiving. He finished with 115 yards rushing and 119 yards receiving, that includes a 78-yard touchdown catch from Matt Schaub. He rushed for a pair of TDs as well.
Foster's had a bumpy start to the 2011 NFL season, dealing with a hamstring injury that has lingered since the preseason and a Texans offense that has lost some of its balance since Andre Johnson's injury. But Foster's also turned in two monster games: he gutted the once-mighty Steelers run defense for 155 yards and a touchdown, and had 184 combined yards rushing and receiving in Houston's loss to Oakland.
With more play like those two games, Foster could re-establish himself as a premium fantasy option.
