Dallas Cowboys running back Felix Jones is likely to remain unavailable for the team in week eight as he continues to battle through a high ankle sprain. The news is not particularly surprising since high ankle sprains often taken two to four weeks minimum to heal. And considering DeMarco Murray smashed through the Cowboys single game rookie rushing record, I'd imagine the team is not in the biggest hurry to get Jones back on the field.
Tashard Choice actually started Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams, but quickly gave way to Murray. The Cowboys have not declared a starter for Sunday against the Eagles, but even if Murray is not the official "starter" (unlikely) he will get a heavy work load. And considering the Eagles rush defense is dicey at best, this is a great game for Murray to roll up another solid rushing performance.
Choice will still get some carries, but he has little fantasy value. Technically, he could be a handcuff to Murray, but Choice is even losing carries to Phillip Tanner. He is in somebody's dog house and he won't be out any time soon.
