Fantasy Football Week 8 Tight End Projections: New England Tight Ends A Double Shot

Yesterday, we turned the computer loose on fantasy football projections for Week 8. Now, we let the fantasy gurus have their say. SB Nation partner, playthisguy.com, has surveyed 15 sources of fantasy football advice and compiled a Top 10 list of fantasy projections for the tight end position.

The only team that can boast two tight ends consistently ranking in the top-tier is the New England Patriots. Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez rate third and seventh according to our survey of fantasy experts. The top tight end, though, is the Saints Jimmy Graham, who keeps getting fed by Drew Brees and is a dominating presence. A former dominating presence is back, Antonio Gates played last week and owners who had him on the bench for much of the season can safely get him back in their lineups. Jake Ballard is a guy who's been showing up in the rankings, the Giants tight end is tenth this week.
