Darren Sproles Fantasy: Nothing Going For Sproles So Far

It has been a rough first half for Darren Sproles and the New Orleans Saints. Down 17-0 to the St. Louis Rams at the half, Sproles has lost one yard on two carries. This against a Rams defense that allowed DeMarco Murray of the Cowboys to rush for 253 yards last week, a franchise record.

Sproles had 289 rushing yards and 329 receiving yards on the season with 2 touchdowns on the ground and in the air. Sproles was averaging 41 yards rushing and 47 yards receiving per game. Sproles rushing yards were up nearly 30 yards per game from last season.

Sproles was ranked as the 8th ranked running back according to Yahoo! heading into his match up with the St. Louis Rams.
