UPDATE: Gonzalez is listed as inactive for the Colts Sunday against the Tennessee Titans. He has zero catches this season, so his scratch should come as no surprise.
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez has dealt with injuries in the past, but has been a healthy scratch for a few games this season. When Gonzalez played, it's been mostly on special teams and not in the regular offense. He has yet to catch a pass this season in the three games he's been active and has only been targeted one time.
Gonzalez hasn't been productive at all since 2008, when he was last healthy. With Curtis Painter running the Colts offense, even if Gonzalez was playing and getting reps at receiver, it's not likely he'd be very productive anyway. The reasons for Gonzalez lack of playing time isn't really known, but it seems he's gotten in someone's dog house.
