Michael Bush Fantasy Recap: Oakland Raiders Running Back Thrashes San Diego Chargers

Oakland Raiders running back Michael Bush continued his strong run of success in place of Darren McFadden as he put together 242 total yards of offense against the San Diego Chargers. The Raiders used a variety of weapons to defeat the Chargers 24-17, but the engine of Oakland's offense was Michael Bush. He rushed for 157 yards and caught three receptions for 85 additional yards.

Since taking over for McFadden in the first quarter of the Raiders week seven loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, Michael Bush has compiled 482 total yards and a pair of touchdowns. He is averaging 5.3 yards per rush and is proving to be the best backup running back in the NFL.

If you have Bush on your fantasy roster, he is a must-start as long as McFadden is sidelined with his sprained foot. McFadden continues to be hobbled by his foot injury and it could last another week. As long as that is the situation, Bush is one of the best running backs in the league and should be treated accordingly in your fantasy lineup.
