Tom Brady Fantasy Stats: New England Patriots QB Throws Two TD Passes Through 3rd Quarter

Stay connected with SB Nation

The New England Patriots are on the way to defeating the New York Jets and quarterback Tom Brady has played a large role in doing that. He has completed 18 of 31 passes for 247 yards and two touchdowns. He's connected with Rob Gronkowski for both scores and had a third one called back because Gronkowski was out of bounds before he reentered and caught the ball in the end zone.

Brady had cooled considerably from his hot start for the first three weeks of the season when he had 11 touchdowns and 1,327 passing yards. Over the next five weeks he averaged two touchdowns per game but hadn't thrown for more than 346 yards in a game. Interceptions had also proven to be a problem since he three four against the Buffalo Bills in Week 3. He threw five more before entering Week 10, but that hasn't hurt his fantasy value much.

Overall, Brady has remained one of the top fantasy quarterbacks. Before Week 10's game against the Jets, Brady had 2,703 passing yards and 20 touchdowns. The passing yards were second to only Drew Brees and the touchdowns in third behind Aaron Rodgers and Brees.
