Tennessee Titans quarterback Matt Hasselbeck has been dealing with a thumb issue on his throwing hand. Hasselbeck was limited in practice on Wednesday, but went in full on both Thursday and Friday. He's listed as probable officially on the injury report, but he will start on Sunday. Hasselbeck injured his thumb in last weeks loss to the Bengals, but it didn't seem to effect him much during the game.
The Titans passing game has fallen off the map with Kenny Britt out for the season. They'll be going up against the 13th ranked passing defense in the Carolina Panthers, but the Panthers struggle stopping the run. This could be a game where the Titans rushing attack finally gets going and takes some pressure of Hasselbeck and his injured thumb.
