Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick failed to provide his fantasy owners with any touchdowns against the Arizona Cardinals, but he did throw two interceptions. In addition to those negative points, Vick completed just 16-of-34 passes for 128 yards. Vick did help owners by rushing for 79 yards, though he couldn't find the end zone that way either.
Going into the Cardinals game, Vick was trying to change around what had been a subpar first half of his season -- both for his actual team and those that were counting on the quarterback for fantasy points. Vick hadn't been living up to his first-round status as he'd thrown 11 touchdowns compared to nine interceptions.
His match-up against Arizona wasn't expected to yield huge fantasy numbers for Vick considering they had been giving up just 18 points to quarterbacks entering this week. Part of that is due to teams being able to use their running game to sustain a lead against the Cardinals, but it didn't exactly bode well for Vick entering Sunday's game.
