New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks has only one reception for five yards through the third quarter of play. It has not been a banner night for Eli Manning, the receivers and the running backs. Manning had just 12 completions on 26 attempts for 113 yards through three quarters. The running backs had just 27 yards.
The Giants had a healthy Hakeem Nicks ready to go for a divisional battle against the falling Eagles this week. The last time these two teams met, back in Week 3, Nicks had just three catches for 25 yards against the pricey Philadelphia secondary. Since then, Nicks has had some big games, topping 150 yards once.
For the season, Nicks has a total of 40 receptions with 616 yards and four touchdowns. Hamstring issues limited him in recent weeks, but he had a full week a practice ahead of this game. Fake Teams has Nicks ranked eighth on their list of wide receivers for week 11.
