Brandon Marshall Fantasy Stats: Matt Moore Didn't Find Dolphins WR

Stay connected with SB Nation

The Dolphins offense exploded on Sunday against the Bills, but Brandon Marshall was not a part of it. While Matt Moore, Reggie Bush and other Dolphins put up big fantasy football stats, the wide receiver was barely heard from.

Marshall caught one pass for five yards and did not catch any of Moore's three touchdown passes.

After a wholly disappointing 2010 campaign, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Brandon Marshall has had a strong bounce back season in 2011, totaling 53 receptions, 742 yards and two touchdowns in nine games. While everyone would like those touchdown numbers to be higher (except Marshall's opponents, I suppose), his production has seriously increased with Matt Moore behind center and dealing in recent weeks.

Marshall combined for 15 catches, 204 yards and a touchdown in Weeks 9 and 10, so he that production level was expected to continue against the Bills' generous defense, that only really ever stops people when they can force a turnover.
