Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back LeGarrette Blount ran his way back into the good graces of fantasy football owners this week. The Buccaneers’ running back topped the 100-yard mark this week for just the second time this season. Blount had 107 rushing yards on 18 carries against the Green Bay Packers today. The highlight of his day was a 54-yard touchdown run in which he broke a handful of tackles to put Tampa Bay back into the game after Green Bay jumped out to an early lead.
Prior to this game, Blount had 434 yards rushing on 100 carries this season. He had three touchdowns to go with it. Blount has played just eight games this season, missing some time because of injuries.
Tampa Bay plays the Tennessee Titans next week.
