San Diego Chargers running back Ryan Mathews is officially listed as probable for the Chargers Week 12 match up with the Denver Broncos. Mathews missed practice on Thursday, leaving some doubt that he would be active on Sunday, but on Friday was a full participant and is expected to play against the Broncos.
If Mathews somehow can't play and is ruled a late scratch by the Chargers, back up running back Mike Tolbert is a good play. Tolbert is typically a good play even when Mathews is healthy, as Tolbert seems to get the majority of short yardage runs, including runs on the goal line.
