Week 12 of the 2011 NFL season resumes Sunday afternoon following a Thanksgiving triple-header that had a lot of quality talent on display. There will be even more talent on display on Sunday as big name players are finally returning from injury. The most prominent such player is Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson. The big Texans receiver has been sidelined with a hamstring injury since week.
As teams figure out their Week 12 fantasy football lineups, there are some intriguing sleeper options available. When it comes to wide receivers it is a roll of the dice without the normal top guys because targets can change so drastically from week to week. Nonetheless, there are solid options available:
Chaz Schilens, Raiders: This is a good option if Denarius Moore and Darrius Heyward-Bey are both sidelined. The Raiders are already without Jacoby Ford, leaving them with fairly limited receiver talent. Carson Palmer has to throw to somebody, so why not Schilens?
Percy Harvin, Vikings: If you have Harvin and are questioning whether to start him, the Adrian Peterson injury actually opens the door for an intriguing role. Toby Gerhart will handle the bulk of the carries, but Harvin will likely get a decent amount of running back touches in a change of pace role. An increased role only boosts his value.
