Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones is active for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Jones has been suffering from a hamstring injury that has been bothering him for most of the season and missed last week's game against the Tennessee Titans. When Jones returned from the same injury November 6 against the Indianapolis Colts, Jones had three catches for 131 yards and two touchdowns.
The Vikings give up almost 260 yards through the air per game, which is near the bottom of the NFL. If Jones has a game like he did against the Colts, the Vikings are in for a long afternoon.
Jones has 30 catches for 498 yards and those two touchdown catches. The Falcons are 6-4 and in second place in the NFC South, one game behind the New Orleans Saints, who play Monday against the New York Giants. Having Jones in the lineup will help Atlanta keep pace.
