After missing four of the previous five games with a hamstring injury, Indianapolis Colts running back Joseph Addai is active and will start, according to the team. The Colts, at 0-10, will try to get their first win at home against the 2-8 Carolina Panthers, and will be at close to full strength (with Peyton Manning the biggest exception).
Addai will start for the first time since Oct. 9 against the Chiefs, the game in which he hurt his right hamstring. He has rushed for 258 yards this season, and the Colts have surely missed his production, but as recently as this week, he's said his hamstring is still sore. If Addai is ineffective or aggravates his hamstring, Delone Carter and Donald Brown will continue to split carries.
