Denver Broncos running back Willis McGahee is expected to play against the Oakland Raiders, despite dealing with a hand injury. McGahee recently had surgery that had a plate and five pins inserted to repair a fracture in his ball-carrying hand. McGahee is expected to play, but the real question is how effective will he be?
If McGahee is on your roster, your best bet is to leave him on your bench until you can see how he will be used with his hand injury. It's unlikely McGahee will see many carries out of the backfield, but he could be a passing target on screens and quick running back pass that Tim Tebow can complete. If you have another even viable back up option, your best bet would be to play them in place of McGahee.
