Week 14 of the 2011 NFL season picks back up today with a full slate of quality matchups. While NFL teams continue to battle for playoff positioning, most fantasy football leagues are officially into the first round of their playoffs. We saw a monster day from Steelers WR Antonio Brown on Thursday Night Football, but now it is time for the main event.
The big news is that Eagles WR Jeremy Maclin was downgraded from probable to questionable on Saturday. Given the late nature of the change, that makes Maclin a tough game-time decision. If Maclin is unable to play, Riley Cooper gets one more week of action to continue proving himself.
The other big question is the Dallas Cowboys receiver situation. Miles Austin was limited in practice this week but is expected to return on Sunday. Laurent Robinson had been ably filling in for Austin, but Robinson was also limited in practice and seems less likely to be active.
Andre Johnson will also sit out Sunday's Texans-Bengals game as he works to recover from another hamstring strain. Jacoby Jones moves into the starting lineup, but Kevin Walters is the receiver who is most likely to benefit to some extent. It is a tough matchup in Cincinnati and T.J. Yates remains the quarterback, which is not the best for Texans receivers.
