New England Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker was limited during this week's practices and is one of 13 players on the Patriots who are listed as "Questionable" on the team's final injury report of the week.
"It's nice to get there early, get used to the elements, get acclimated to everything and get ready for the game on Sunday," Welker said on Friday according to Mike Reiss of ESPNBoston. "I don't know if it's a huge deal, but it's still a long flight. I think [it's good] getting there early and making sure we put ourselves in position, and if there is any acclimating to do, we do it."
After catching just two passes for 22 yards in the Patriots' win over the Kansas City Chiefs on November 21, Welker has 26 receptions for 311 yards and three touchdowns over the last three games, giving him an NFL-high 100 receptions for 1,339 yards on the season.
