Nate Washington Expected To Play Vs Colts

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nate Washington was able to practice fully on Friday and is expected to play against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.

Washington was held out of Wednesday and Thursday's practices and is officially listed as "Questionable" with an ankle injury that has nagged him for the last couple of weeks.

Washington, who has stepped up for the injured Kenny Britt and leads the Titans with 59 receptions for 798 yards and five touchdowns, was able to play through the injury last week against the New Orleans Saints, catching six passes for a season-high 130 yards and a touchdown in the 22-17 loss.

Washington has been a preferred target of quarterback Matt Hasselbeck, who is expected to start against the Colts, whose defense ranks 22nd against the pass and are 30th in the league in passing yards allowed per play (7.78).
