Ray Rice carried the ball 10 times for 57 yards while also hauling in nine passes for 55 yards in a losing effort for the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
Baltimore put up 10 points in the first quarter last weekend versus the Colts and never looked back on the way to posting 358 yards of offense. That was about par for the course for the Ravens' 14th-ranked unit (346.0 ypg), a group that is led by talented running back Rice (1029 rushing yards, 62 receptions). He ran for 103 yards against Indianapolis and scored his 12th total touchdown of the season, one shy of a club single-year record. It marked the first time that the back has run for 100 yards in consecutive games, and he also led the Ravens with six catches. On the season, Rice leads the NFL with 1,622 yards from scrimmage.
