Steve Johnson had himself a nice outing Sunday, catching five passes for 52 yards and a touchdown on eight targets from quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. Unfortunately, a decent day for fantasy owners wasn't enough to end the Buffalo Bills' losing streak. Johnson has now recorded a touchdown reception in three consecutive games.
If your fantasy league rewards excessive, slightly awesome touchdown celebrations, Johnson was your MVP last week. One celebration was not enough for Johnson, who managed to mock opposing receiver Plaxico Burress by feigning a shot to the leg and a crashing plane as an homage to the New York Jets. He packed in two celebrations since that was his lone touchdown and his first since Week 6.
Johnson had 622 receiving yards on 54 catches prior to this game. He had scored five touchdowns. Fake Teams ranked Johnson 21st on their receiver rankings for Week 13.
