Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan struggles against the Houston Texans on Sunday afternoon. He completed just 20-of-46 passes for 267 yards and threw one touchdown and two interceptions. Tony Gonzalez grabbed seven of those passes for 100 yards. Ryan also scrambled for a 10-yard run.
Ryan and the Falcons finally seemed to have things on the right following last week's definitive win over the Vikings. In that game, Ryan threw three touchdown passes and passed for 264 yards. It was his first three-touchdown game since Week 9. A matchup against the Houston Texans is not as a favorable for a quarterback.
Through 12 weeks of play, Ryan had 2,887 passing yards, 18 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Fake Teams, SB Nation's fantasy sports site, had Ryan ranked 18th on their quarterback rankings for the week.
