Mark Sanchez Fantasy Stats: Just One TD For Jets QB

Stay connected with SB Nation

New York Jets Mark Sanchez helped the Jets win on Sunday, but he did not help fantasy football owners with his stats. Sanchez threw for 162 yards and one touchdown pass in an underwhelming fantasy performance.

Santonio Holmes was the lone beneficiary through the air, catching the go-ahead touchdown pass with less than five minutes to go in the Jets 34-19 win against the Redskins.

Sanchez headed into this week's game against the Washington Redskins coming off a season-high four touchdown passes against Buffalo. Sanchez had just two touchdown passes in the three previous games combined, plus, he only threw for 180 yards against the Bills.

Sanchez has 2,513 passing yards, eighteen touchdowns and eleven interceptions on the year. Traditionally, Sanchez throws his most yards during November, however he also throws his most interceptions.
