New York Jets wide receiver Plaxico had a quiet day fantasy football stat-wise with just three catches for 33 yards. It didn't help that Mark Sanchez only threw one touchdown pass -- to Santonio Holmes.
Burress was mocked last week by Buffalo Bills receiver Stevie Johnson, who pantomimed Burress' accidental shooting a few years ago during a touchdown celebration. With that behind him, Burress will look to make a joke out of the Washington Redskins' defense Sunday.
Burress has only 34 catches for 479 yards this season, but his seven touchdowns lead the Jets. He has 11 catches for 157 yards and two touchdowns in his last three games and will look to continue his recent hot streak against a Redskins defense that 212 yards through the air per game.
Burress, formerly of the New York Giants, has victimized the Redskins throughout his career, including 10 receptions for 133 yards in his last game against Washington three years ago.
