The Philadelphia Eagles expect to welcome Michael Vick back into the lineup this Sunday against the Miami Dolphins after missing three straight games with broken ribs. Vick was able to take every first team snap this week, which should guarantee him the starting nod on Sunday.
Vince Young had been starting in place of Vick and put up some solid fantasy numbers. Where it got interesting was how wide receiver Riley Cooper benefited from having VY in the lineup. Cooper could take the biggest hit this weekend as Vick returns, but also because Jeremy Maclin could be returning on Sunday. In three games, Cooper put up 13 catches for 240 yards and a touchdown.
The Eagles face a Miami Dolphins team that has quietly been one of the hottest teams in the league in recent weeks having won four of their last five games. Given the Eagles struggles in recent weeks, it is hard to tell what to expect out of them this weekend in Miami.
