St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson took to Twitter on Monday to announce that he remains uncertain for Monday Night Football against the New York Giants. Jackson tweeted that he was headed to the stadium to test out his quad. At that point we'll likely get some sort of announcement from the St. Louis Rams.
If you've rolled the dice on Steven Jackson playing tonight, you'll basically just have to wait until the Rams and Giants announce their inactive lists at approximately 7:30pm eastern time. Of course, it is also possible the Rams keep Jackson active if he thinks he could go but not in a starting role. If you have both Jackson and Cadillac Williams that would leave you in a bit of a pickle.
If you've only got Cadillac he remains a start because even if Jackson decides he can play Cadillac will likely get a decent number of carries. Of course, given that it's Monday Night Football, you likely don't have a choice to make unless you have both Jackson and Cadillac. I'd imagine Cadillac will be the play, but we'll see what the Rams announce over the next hour and a half.
