Ryan Tannehill Puts Up Big Yardage For Fantasy Owners

Ryan Tannehill threw all over the Cardinals secondary in Week 4. We break down the fantasy implications.

Ryan Tannehill broke out against the Cardinals, faring much better than the other big name quarterbacks who have played Arizona in 2012. The rookie completed 26 of 41 passes for a whopping 431 yards and a touchdown.

Fantasy Impact: The Cardinals defense shut down the Eagles last week, but they had no answer for Tannehill this time around. He connected with Brian Hartline and Davone Bess often, racking up yardage throughout his fourth NFL start. It was disappointing that Tannehill finished with a lone touchdown pass after throwing for so many yards, but regardless this is a big step forward in his progression. Fantasy owners likely will be leery of his value still. You'll want to see more of these performances before thinking about starting him.
