Jake Locker might miss time after suffering another shoulder separation in Week 4. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jake Locker suffered another dislocation to his non-throwing shoulder against the Texans. After going down with a shoulder separation in Week 1, the Titans believe the latest dislocation is worse.

Fantasy Impact: Locker is set to undergo an MRI in Nashville on Monday, which should tell fantasy owners exactly what kind of situation they're looking at. Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean believes Locker will miss time with his latest aggravation of his left shoulder, but nothing is set in stone at this point. Locker's owners will need to keep an eye out for developments on Monday, and in the mean time plan out a strategy for what to do if he is starting in their lineup.
