Bilal Powell saw 14 more snaps that Shonn Greene in Week 4. We break down the fantasy implications.
The Jets played Bilal Powell in 32 of their 53 total offensive snaps while Shonn Greene saw just 18. Even though Powell was in more because of passing situations, it's clear he continues to cut into Greene's workload.
Fantasy Impact: Powell only carried the ball four times for 11 yards against the 49ers, with Greene receiving 11 touches for 34 yards on the afternoon. Neither running back is making much of an impact on the ground, but Greene is no longer the workhorse in New York. Greene appeared disgruntled afterwards as he didn't have any interest in talking to the media. Regardless of his frustration, though, Powell should continue to see his fair share of snaps going forward. Neither will be worth a start against the Texans in Week 5.
