Matthew Emmons-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Anthony Spencer and Jay Ratliff are among the Cowboys' inactives for MNF. We break down the fantasy implications.

Dallas Cowboys OLB Anthony Spencer (pectoral) is officially inactive for Monday Night Football against the Chicago Bears. Spencer had been dealing with a strained pectoral muscle, and while the team had hoped he would tonight, it wasn't happening after he woke up in pain Monday morning. Here is the full list of inactives: Spencer, DT Jay Ratliff, C Phil Costa, S Matt Johnson, P Chris Jones, LB Alex Albright and DT Kenyon Coleman.

Fantasy Impact: With Spencer out, his spot will be taken by Victor Butler. Ratliff is out again with an ankle injury he's been struggling with since the preseason. He has yet to make his season debut. None of the other inactives are relevant to fantasy owners.
