Jermichael Finley misses Packers practice, Week 6 fantasy value uncertain

Mary Langenfeld-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley (shoulder) missed practice on Wednesday, We break down the fantasy implications.

Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley missed practice on Wednesday because of a shoulder injury. Finley hurt his shoulder in the second half of the loss to the Indianapolis Colts and did not return to the game. He finished Week 5 with just 11 yards on three catches. The Packers face the Houston Texans on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Finley has said he will play in Week 6 but fantasy owners may want to consider other options. Finley has not been a huge part of Green Bay's passing attack and the Texans are tough on defense. Even if he's active, Finley this week should be considered a No. 2 option at tight end and owners should at least browse the waiver wire for better matchups.
