Steven Jackson removed from team's injury report, fantasy value leveling out

Scott Kane-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson has been removed from the team's injury report. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson (groin) has been officially removed from the team's injury report, per Jim Thomas. The Rams premier tailback should be expected to be full-throttle this weekend when St. Louis takes on the Miami Dolphins.

Fantasy Analysis: This is great news for owners of Steven Jackson. He has struggled to get off to a fast start, battling a nagging groin injury. This is a sign he is back to full health and ready to carry the load for the Rams. However, In Week 6, he will be pitted against the No. 1 ranked run defense in Miami. This is a tough match-up, as the Dolphins have been exceptional stopping the run, only allowing an average of 61.1 yards per game.
