John Skelton says he "could play," Kevin Kolb remains No. 1: Fantasy Implications

John Rieger-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Arizona Cardinals quarterback John Skelton feels "90-percent" and "could play." We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Arizona Cardinals quarterback John Skelton says he feels about "90-percent" and "could play," per Arizona Cardinals. The Cards were forced to go with Kevin Kolb when Skelton sustained injury, and have gone on to a 4-1 record to start the season. With Skelton returning to full health, this should spark some controversy.

Fantasy Analysis: The Cardinals are set to play the Buffalo Bills this weekend, where Kevin Kolb will be the starter. Kolb lost his first game of the season to the division rival St. Louis Rams in Week 5, and if he drops a second straight, it could open a door for Skelton. Though, until further notice, it appears that Kevin Kolb will be the starting quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals.
