Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon said he's "not sure" when he'll return, per Mike Jones. Garcon has been bothered by a foot injury, and it seems like he'll miss this weekend's game versus the division rival New York Giants.
He still seems to be bothered by pain in his foot, and it's clear he's not yet 100-percent. Though, this is a situation that's been monitored week-to-week. In the meantime, the Redskins will have to rely on their corps of mostly young receivers.
Fantasy Implications: Garcon was off to a hot start with his new team and new quarterback. He quickly developed a rapport with rookie QB Robert Griffin III, who has been an explosive player already. These two were on a fast-track to revitalizing the passing offense in Washington. Garcon still carries nice fantasy value, but it is currently stuck in neutral.
We can assume he will return sooner rather than later, but there is currently no set timetable for when that might be. For now, Garcon will still require a replacement in your lineup.
