Don McPeak-US PRESSWIRE
Ben Roethlisberger left practice with an ankle injury Thursday, but he appears to be fine. We break down the fantasy implications.
Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger left practice early on Thursday with an apparent ankle injury, according to Mark Kaboly of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. Kaboly goes on to state that Roethlisberger rolled up his ankle while stepping on a teammate's foot. He appears to be fine for now.
Roethlisberger has completed 64.6% of his passes this season, for 1,487 yards and 10 TDs to just two INTs.
Fantasy Impact: Big Ben is possibly one of the most banged-up QBs in the league, but he almost never misses time despite all the bumps and bruises. Expect him to be listed on the injury reports Friday, but there shouldn't be any danger of him missing Sunday's game.
The Steelers take on the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7, and Big Ben is a fine QB1 play against Cincy's porous pass defense.
