Frank Gore doesn't look like he's intimidated by the Seahawks run defense. We break down the fantasy implications.
Frank Gore is running all over the Seahawks in the early stages of Thursday night's matchup. So far he has carried the ball five times for 36 yards, averaging 7.2 yards per carry in the first quarter.
He also added one reception for 12 yards. It's clear the 49ers fully intend to continue running the ball constantly, even if they're taking on one of the league's toughest run defenses.
Fantasy Impact: Gore and Kendall Hunter are tearing the Seahawks apart. The Niners have to continue feeding their backs, and with the way the front five is blocking right now, Gore is easily on his way to a big fantasy day.
Gore fared well in his last game against Seattle in 2011. If the 49ers continue to move the ball well, he's bound to find the end zone in Week 7.
