Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson was limited in practice Thursday because of a calf injury. We break down the fantasy implications.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson was limited in practice on Thursday because of a calf injury but it not expected to miss this weekend's game. Jackson had not previously been on the injury report and more will be known about his status on Friday.
Jackson is coming off a 66-yard, two-touchdown effort against the Kansas City Chiefs. Tampa Bay faces the New Orleans Saints in Week 7.
Fantasy Impact: Jackson had one of his best games of the season and could be in line for another big fantasy day on Sunday. New Orleans has not shown much on defense and Jackson has been the top receiver in the Tampa Bay offense this season.
Fantasy owners should check out the injury reports on Friday but there is currently no reason to think that Jackson will miss this weekend's game. He is a No. 1 fantasy option at receiver for Week 7.
