New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw practiced on Friday in pads. We break down the fantasy implications.
New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw was at practice in pads on Friday but it was not clear how much work he was doing. Bradshaw is dealing with an injured foot and missed practice earlier in the week. He was limited in practice on Thursday and is expected to play in Week 7 against the Washington Redskins.
Bradshaw has been carrying quite a load the last two weeks for the Giants, having rushed 57 times for 316 yards. Andre Brown and David Wilson could see some carries in relief of Bradshaw.
Fantasy Impact: Bradshaw appears on track to start on Sunday against Washington and should again get plenty of chances to carry the football. His workload will likely not be as heavy this week with both Brown and Wilson available.
Bradshaw is a No. 1 fantasy option at running back this week, while Brown is a bit of a reach as a flex play or No. 3 running back. Wilson's role has become more significant recently but for now is just someone to stash on the bench.
